Absolutely beautiful, solid, and comfortable.Reviews mentioning issues assembling arm scared me a bit, but while it is a little tricky the best way to attach is to make sure you have the correct arm (easy to mix them up), and then screw in each screw gradually, alternating a couple of turns for each screw until they are tight. When the screws stuck I used a small socket wrench very gently (no brute force just a bit of science). It you have trouble getting the screws in at all try screwing them in without the arm and with a bit of oil to smooth the threads.This old woman assembled it perfectly alone and will be ordering another one if she ever sees them discounted within her budget again.

The packaging should have given me a clue. Poor cardboard box and some components wrapped with cellophane. The main gripe is that poor machining led to the seat adjuster being difficult to fix. The threads on the armrest fixing were poor quality. I persevered but gave in after an hour. One of the bolts stripped it's thread and to cap it all a piece of swarf sliced the top of my finger. If you got a 'good' one then I am envious, it looked a very nice design ideal for my man room.

I like the clean modern look. Adjustments are just about adequate as it adjusts up and down and rocks a little. It is quite comfortable with good lower back support if you sit properly in the chair. I didn't want a large chair that dominates the room. Came in a compact box and is fairly easy to put together although one small bolt was missing from the pack. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Very well made, however attaching the arms was a bit problematic as the pre drilled holes were not precisely lined up. Apart from that chair represents great value

Quality not what I was hoping for and I am about to return this item

Good price compared to other outlets. Looks good and is comfortable enough but not much padding so if you're going to be sat in it for long periods that's maybe something to consider. It was difficult the line up the screws and holes putting the arms on and needed two of us, one to flex the arm into place whilst the other put the screws in. Happy with our purchase.

Arrived obvious been taken apart 'n resold main part missing not in the package..beware....sucker I am...No help from makers

Looks great but hard to assemble. The arms aren’t bent quite right so took two people bending it to get it to screw in. They also aren’t finished so well so scratched and not flush. Still it is comfy and does look nice.
