Had for 5 months. Used for Skype calls, music, movies etc.Comfortable to wear. Tends to slip a little bit when looking down, but not a massive issue.It appears as 2 separate bluetooth devices: one for the headset and one for stereo headphones. I don't use the supplied dongle, just connect using the inbuilt bluetooth on the pc. No connectivity problems and battery life is good so far. I tend to use it for 4 to 5 hours at a time, and haven't run the battery down yet.Call quality is good, and stereo sound quality is good, particularly when used with something like Dolby Atmos. Not audiophile quality, but good enough.

Very good sound quality but not cheap

I purchased this head set to take Telephone hospital appointments.I spent the extra on Sennheiser because I though I would be getting a head set of superior quality and function, compared to the many No brand offerings at 1/3 the price.However overall I’m disappointed. The build quality feels flimsy and the main issue is they are not that loud even on max.The other really annoying issue is the terrible battery level indicator is a flashing led that only indicates every minute or so. And no audible warning until very low. So you have to take them off and wait for the flash to have any idea how much battery you have remaining. The voice prompt is also pretty bad synthesise American voice which is well cheap sounding. Like one up from 1980s speak & spell.There headset is comfortable to wear and the Bluetooth allows 2 devices to be connected at once. Ie two phones or phone and computer.But at this price point I was expecting a premium device with premium sound and this definitely is not that. Callers do say the sound from their end is fine. So at least the mic is ok.
