I bought this for my dad to use while sitting on his electric chair. He has been chair bound for 4 months and has had moderate to severe pain in groin and perineum region when sitting for more than 2 hours at a time. He is now able to sit for longer amounts of time and has increased his mood and given him more independence. Would recommend highly!

This cushion was just what I needed post surgery. It worked perfectly for me so I am very glad I made this purchase. It held up, which was my concern. A good purchase and I would buy again.

I purchased this for my husband who has issues with sores on his posterior due to excessive sitting. He had been using a different product which wasn't helping heal the area in question. He states that this item is very comfortable and fits his needs well.

I have pain in the perennial area when I sit. This really helps. I have 3 of these. One for the car, one for my office and one for the kitchen chair. I would have more if they weren't quite so expensive

This item appears to be well made, but is softer and thinner than I expected.

Purchased the "Velour Cover for Male" version. Seems well constructed. However, this pillow is, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever sat on. The manufacturer says "you can get used to it within a week." No matter how I positioned it, or positioned myself on it, it was very painful sitting for even an hour. Couldn't possibly withstand an entire week.Further, it's doesn't really fit the male anatomy. Something was always where it didn't need to be, adding to the overall discomfort. It's also fairly small, and I'm not a large man.Returned it for a refund, with my wife (enjoys making pillows, cushions, etc) sewing a fine replacement I've been using for almost two weeks now. Should have let her do so from the start.

My mother got out of the hospital with a bedsore on her bottom that was painful for her to sit on. This pillow helped her bottom heal and not be so painful. She gave it 5 stars!

I received it vacuum packed and left it for 24 hours to spread, the next day it only inflated a little and I thought it would take more time for it to inflate more but no. I previously had one from another brand and it was much taller and fluffier. The internal material is white and like rubber. I'm not entirely happy. The only good thing is that the lining is soft velvet.
