So much for, “quality assurance”. Been using this cup for a couple days, it’s great don’t get me wrong. Until I noticed my liquids were trapped in between the layers of the cup, only for it not able to come out of this crack I DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT! Bear in mind, this cup is NEW and NEVER DROPPED! Can’t even make a drink now without worrying the layer is going to get filled up with coffee. Can’t even return this and get a new one now that Amazon’s number isn’t working, so I’m using this to contact the store owner and Amazon themselves to help me out. I would like another one and would like to return this one. Thanks.

The tumbler itself isn't exactly what I expected, it's too tall and too narrow, but it looks quite nice. The problem is with the telescopic straw. Before I could actually use it a rubber piece of it fell out and without it it was not possible to get the straw to desired length. But even if it did, I don't think it's worth the money, I have a tumbler for less then £3.- that looks better and does the same job, and no issues with the straw. Wouldn't buy again, wouldn't recommend.

I have tried to use this cup after washing it a few time, however it still seems to smell. I have washed it multiple times, left it to soak in soapy water, used boiled water and the smell is still there and so i am unable to use it as whenever i drink something from it the smell gives it a funny taste. It's like a rotten egg or something gone off! i am not happy with this product.

it's a great cup I love it. the only issue I have is that the straw is very wide, so you get more drink than boba and get left with load sof pearls at the end but no drink, but I just got my own straws instead and it's fine.it's also more of a peach corral instead of a hot pink, but 8 had read other reviews and that's why I got it because I didn't actually want hot pink and wa s pleasantly surprised

Great cup, easy to clean and I have been using it for a week now with no problems! I haven't have any issues with the straw (only the first use when I had it upside down!!) or any leakage etc. Perfect for what I wanted.
