This remote saved me $1500
My original remote wouldn’t connect to my phone/s. I tried everything but the kitchen sink..but I didn’t want to send to DJI and wait for them to tell me that it wasn’t repairable…so I purchased it the night prior and I was up ⬆️ in the air..no problems so far. As explained in the product description, New, no cables and nor original packaging…This remote just saved me $1500. I guess I don’t have an excuse to buy another one now…My wife will be happy 😆DJI Mavic Air 2. One piece of advice..make sure you stabilize your cable coming out from the remote..I believe this was the problem to begin with..

Buy once cry once
Listed as excellent but would never connect to my phone. It looked brand new, turned on great, charged just fine but never would connect to my phone. I even contacted DJI for help but nothing worked, only used the OEM DJI cable from my original purchase of the drone too. I lost my original controller in a lake accident and bought this used one to save money. Idk if I'm stupid or my S22 Ultra is getting old but I've used DJI a bunch but it just never would connect. I'm going to buy a new one and not risk it again. Don't take this review as negativity, just didn't work for me, lots of people have had success.

Controller works great, but don’t forget you have to sync it to your drone before it will work!

They don't know thier own products or they are intentionally misleading thier products.
It would have been helpful if the drone had been packed properly to prevent it from bouncing around in the box during transit. When I placed my order, I expected better packaging than just a cardboard box without any packing material. This is why I consider the packaging to be quite poor.Additionally, this is not a DJI Mini 2 as advertised. The imprinted writing on the back indicates it is a C5 model, which comes with a controller that is about ten years old.Furthermore, it will not pair or connect to the DJI Neo, nor is it able to update its firmware. I recommend avoiding this seller entirely.

Worked great, zero issues
After dropping my stock controller in a river I needed a replacement controller. I was happy to find a cheap used one and very happy when it arrived to find minimal use, good condition, and no issues pairing it.
