I blacken chicken with this on the stove with water and butter - delicious! I think what most people forget is the dipping sauce for the chicken. After I make jerk chicken, along with rice, then I crush fresh mint leaves, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, two teaspoons of boiling water to the crushed mint leaves and stir with a cup of plain Greek yogurt in with the mint- Delicious meal!!

I've used walkerswood hot and spicy jerk seasoning and the hot barbecue sauce on my wings before. Everyone loved them. You get the jerk flavor without the long process of marinating your meat. I was a little worried about the packaging being damaged since ALOT of reviews said that their packages were damaged and you can't get a refund. But my package was wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap and placed in a bubble wrapped envelope. The box was partly smashed and I know that Amazon processing facility is to blame for that but the items arrived in one piece and nicely sealed. I recommend this seller because they are obviously aware of Amazon's mishandling of fragile goods and took the extra step to make sure the package arrived in one piece. I'll purchase from them again in the future.
