I think a little expensive, but independently tested for nutrients & contaminants. High levels of omega acids. Well-packaged, fast delivery (I get several items a year from this company & this is typical), after some weeks you may begin to notice a very mild fishy smell (they also sell orange-flavoured capsules). I have been taking fish oil capsules for several years with no problems. The omega acids are critical components of the walls of the cells of our bodies (including neurons).

As seriously as their responsibility NOT to add vitamins C and D as is found in Cod Liver oil. Not sure if they are that good as they say about themselves , but if they're not , they work as a placebo 😅 slightly overpriced for what it is, surly you can get cheaper version from some HS shops

Sold in a big pot with no unnecessary frills or over-exaggerated medical claims as inducements. I like that. There is advice on regulating consumption from between 1-3 capsules per day with meals according to any individuals occasionally differing needs, but I think that just the one capsule per day would be sufficient under normal circumstances for me. so far so good omega 3 is a must have supplement and this does the job nicelyi would recomend it.
