Works like a charm. Very durable, good braid, fast data transfer (5gbps), portable, overall the best usb c to a adapter ive ever seen.

This cable is of high quality. The gold plated connection, the "Space grey" colour matched my MacBook really well.However, USB 3.0 uses 2.4gz frequency. This causes issues with the Wi-Fi connection of the cable isn't properly isolated.So this cable/adaptor isn't suitable.It's great quality! Anything other then the latest MacBook I'm sure it's useable, but due to the design of MacBook Pro 2016, just buy the Belkin cables.

This USB C to USB adapter is perfect for what I wanted. I used to backup everything, particularly photos, on a Seagate expansion drive that I’ve had for years. My old laptop is so slow (really need to get a new one) that I seldom use it. Not being particularly tech savvy, it didn’t even register that I’d be able to attach this to my iPad. It works perfectly and I’ve spent hours looking back at photos I’d forgotten about.

Can't find any fault with this cable. Nice sturdy braided cable and snug fit for USB to external hard drive connected to USB-C Thunderbolt port of 2017 iMac. Quality piece of kit at a sensible price. Well done CableCreation.

New MacBook means it's the curse of the dongles.Works fine, a little sharp around some of the metal edges of the plugs, but very secure connections and no data loss. Matches colour nicely with space grey.

Like others (I imagine) I trawled the internet for a half decent adapter for my Mac. So many products look great in the picture and come half broken in the box. This product is DURABLE, WELL MADE and most importantly WORKS WELL.If you are looking for a durable adapter for your Mac- this one is good.
