I almost got frustrated after buying this for my nephew because there were no instructions anywhere. However, after fiddling with the watch for a while, I got the hang of it. When you tap the watch glass face and it comes on (lights up with blue lights), tap and hold (on the glass face) until the blue light(s) start blinking. Set the hour by tapping until the blue light reaches the correct hour and wait a few seconds for that to automatically set. Tap and hold again until the light(s) start blinking then set the minute by tapping until the blue light reaches the correct minute and wait a few seconds until that also automatically sets. Repeat the step above to set the month and finally the date. There you are. Hope you understand my explanation and are able to make it work. Cheers!
