Good weight to start as Ive had an issue with my back, havent used a hoop in years. Good starting point for me, pretty easy to use.

This hoop is slightly heavier than I am used to. So have started off with two short runs each day and will gradually build this up over time.

Is very good feeling on your body and I lost few inches just in few days. Good product and arrived actually one day early. Thanks Amazon

I haven't hula in years. I tried one of the ones you clip around your waist with the weighted bag but I couldnt get on with it. As soon as this arrived I clipped it together and went out in the garden. I have been using it a week and doing some skipping and I have noticed a difference already. Great way to tone up

Not as good quality as expected, feels quite flimsy and wobbly. Only used it once or twice, not sure it will last long term. Easy to assemble and easy to use.

I really liked this hoop and all was going well .... I was learning to keep it up for longer periods.Using it maybe a couple of times a week. However sadly it has broken after only 6 weeks. The main part or the hoop is plastic and the the plastic around the connectors has snapped. This makes it completely unusable and I have had to go out and buy a different, metal hoop.I dont like leaving negative reviews, but because I have had the product more than 4 weeks there doesn't seem to be any other way to make contact to tell anyone it broke after a short amount of time. Sadly I wouldn't recommend.

Purchased this as a previous one was a tad too heavy. This one is a good weight but a tad flimsy. Hopefully will be able to use the heavier one soon. It does its job but uncertain how long this one will last
