Just arrived yesterday
Pain relief as soon as it’s been in freezer long enough. Just arrived. It’s also can be used in microwave for a heat option. I give it a 5 star rating without trying due to how well made it is and I have tried MANY to no avail and this is well made. I have high hopes!

Very good product
This part is very good and conforms to the neck and back area as well. I just wish the cold affect less longer than it.

Works really well at chilling the shoulder.
Love this thing for shoulder pain. I wish the velco straps could pull it tighter as it seems like it was made for a larger neck than mine but I Just hold pull it down on the side that hurts. Works amazing, so much better than trying to hold gel pads on the shoulder etc.

Small around neck
I like that it stays cold longer but it is small around the neck area

Great for neck pain
This product works great. It's easy to use, comfortable on my neck and gets the cold therapy to where I need it. I ordered another one so I can always have one ready.

This started leaking after a couple months
I don't really like to leave reviews. This started leaking from one of the seams a couple months after I got it. I tried to contact customer service and the system just gives me the runaround I can't get a hold of the seller.This was my favorite ice pack until it started leaking. I continue to use since it was past the return window, leak just got worse and worse. It wasn't misused so I can't say it's very durable. I'm just hoping this has a warranty. I don't believe this was a shipping issue. I believe this item is defective.

Perfect.
It is stated this is a highly returned item and some reviews had me convinced I should choose a different wrap. Super happy I tried it anyway because it’s exactly what I was looking for. There is plenty of gel in the neck unlike some reviews from the past and the strap on the neck could be tighter if anything. I can wear this as I’m doing other things around the house it stays in place. Taken straight out of the freezer it lays nicely over the shoulders and does the intended job. Perfect! :)
