It took me a little while to figure it out, but once I did it was easy as pie. It also held my shoulder and arm tight against my body with no rubbing or chafing.

The shoulder strap falls off
We got this for my father in law. He broke his shoulder. But the shoulder strap falls off. Not worth it the torso band worked but didn’t last long.
