Best pan for fish
This is the best pan I have ever cooked with. I love it. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. For a long time, I had a problem with fish sticking to my pans. I tried to work on my technique, but nothing was working. So, I bought this pan hoping it would help fix the problem. It absolutely did. It's got a great nonstick surface that can handle high heat, including oven temperatures. It produces a good sear for instagrammable food. I could never go back to cooking fish on a different pan.

Almost perfect
I own every deBuyer Mineral B pro skillet, the paella pan, a country fry pan and love them all. So when I needed an oval roasting pan, I picked up one of these. It is almost perfect. The problem is, it deforms/warps. I thought the first was a fluke, so I actually bought a second one. I suspect the oval shape is more prone to deformation on a round hob, but if it were a bit thicker, it would probably fix the issue. I know - don’t use extreme heat, etc., but the reasons I love argon pans are 1) good non-stick and 2) no fear of abusing them be it with metal utensils or heat. So for this, this pan only gets 4 instead of the 5 I gave the other pans from the series.

Rusts easily and quickly
Much smaller than I imagined and although I followed directions on prepping and washing the pan, it still rusted after the first use.
