I love this! We just adopted a new little bunny into our family and upon arrival we had her in a pretty tiny kennel. I wanted to find something that was comfortable with enough space for not only her but a friend for the future. I love that we’re able to separate the top from the bottom upon socializing her in the future. I was able to set this thing up entirely on my own in 45 minutes and with a toddler and an infant (which is impressive) it was super easy. Instructions were very clear and it seems very sturdy! We added a small corner liter box up top along with the paper pellets on the bottom tray and so far it’s been working great! I’ve had it set up for a few days now and haven’t had to change the bottom liter pan (it doesn’t smell either) which is a drastic change from the initial set up we had. Our bunny definitely seems very happy with her home. The only downside I’d have to say is some things don’t fit as well as they should in placement. The bottom tray is a little uneven, but it doesn’t make a difference with pulling it out or causing issues with the pellets so fine by me! Would definitely recommend this hutch! Love it!

Amazing hutch!!! Top and bottom drawers make for easy cleaning and the assemble was too easy! It’s beautiful and gives our two bunnies a sweet little home with plenty of room! Thank you for such and awesome product and great price!

My husband had to put it together because I couldn't figure it out, though I can follow easy assembly instructions. It was easy for him.I got some Timothy hay balls so my rabbit would have an easier time getting used to his new home. He enjoyed those but also ripped a sliver of wood off of the stairs almost right away, and I heard him tearing at an upstairs section not long after.My main concern is that he will eat through the cage or at least damage it a lot, but I read another review that said after six months, her rabbit still hadn't eaten through the cage. The wood is weak and splintery. I'll update this review if any serious damage occurs.The wheels work great, even on carpet. The drawers are a little difficult to remove, and I worry the wood will crack if the drawer catches. Other than that, despite the poor wood quality, the house seems sturdy when put together, and two adults and a rabbit aren't likely to damage it. So far, it suits our needs well.All told, it's an adorable house and my rabbit is thrilled, but if there had been a better quality house available, I would have bought that.

I've used this unit for mi guinea pigs and it's a wonderful habitat for them. Easy for cleaning.

It was easy to set up and it’s cute, but it leaks. I’m always cleaning up rabbit pee on my new floors. So I had to put a container lid under it until I find something that will work better. I also don’t care for how compact it is. My lionhead bunny can’t get as much exercise in this one as his other. The other one was a little longer and now I know I like better. Even tho he is litter box trained and runs around our house, he still loved to jump and run fast in his other cage. This one he can’t…not enough room. I won’t buy this one again. He chews on the wood so I was trying to find one that entertains him better…this one is just too compact and leaks. I don’t recommend.

This arrived quickly. Was super easy to put together. Only issue was my fault. The hinges for the ramp I put on top instead of to the side. My bunny really seems to like it. The only other issue is that the door that separates the top from the bottom doesn't close all the way. But it's nothing that little sanding can't fix. Over all great product. None of the issues others complained about. I would buy from them again. 2 thumbs up.

In less than 24 hours my rabbit has almost destroyed the bottom rack. She always has toys and chew objects but apparently the fir wood was too irresistible.It was easy to assemble, not very sturdy. The bottom tray is warped making it difficult to pull out to clean.I’m questioning if the hutch is usable inside/outside… The top plastic grate covering to stop the wind has the cut out of a dogs paw. Why would an outside hutch have this when there is more than enough ventilation from the open area under the hutch?Buyer beware, shame on me for not researching further. I didn’t see the wood listed on the Amazon site. It was’t until I click into the manufacture’s website did it mention fir wood. It should be listed in the write up so no one has to go looking for the information.

Buyer Beware: Customer Service is a complete Joke! I have been trying for 4 days now to no avail to resolve my issue. My item arrived Defective and Damaged and I don't have an alternative one so I Cannot Return, I assumed this would be in good, New condition as I paid for a New Hutch!! Moreover, I had already dismantled our old hutch and gave it away. I have Not gotten a fair and partial refund Yet. They Now want to issue a full refund when I return this half defunct hutch leaving me with no home for my bunny!!The size is decent but the quality and condition is subpar. The item looked used and had flaws, defects, chips and most of it is defunct! I followed all instructions But the drop down panel does not drop only 3/4 of the way. There is a huge gap between the hideaway divider and the floor tray on top. That is a hazard to any bunny or pet. The flimsy wire netting is too small. Another issue is the bottom only opens on the left side which is not ideal for cleaning. Please do yourselves a favor and go with another seller as they do not care!
