Best omega 3 I've used!
I like the fact that there's no fishy burps or aftertaste, because it's plant based.Another big plus is that the ratio of DHA is higher than the EPA,which is more effective for inflammation.

Clean Source of Omega 3’s!
After hearing Dr Liu (Healthy Immune Doc on YouTube) suggest obtaining omega 3’s not from the polluted ocean fish, but from the source where the fish get theirs (algae), it made sense. Plus, this brand is 3rd party tested, which helps ensure that the contents contain what the label says.

They seem good, but I don't have a chemistry lab.
These liquigels are kinda big, but they are still easy to swallow with food. I asked my doc and she said take the dose recommended, which is two a day. I take them with breakfast. The fact is, we can't know by how we feel if they are working or not, so we just have to trust the company. I trust vegetarian/vegan companies more than non-veg, for absolutely no good reason. I hope my doc will order a blood test on next visit if there is one for omega 3's. The packaging is nice and the liquigels smell nice. I'm an 81.5 year old retired M.D. and I never had any GI problems with taking them, but I always take them with my statin (persistent total cholesterol of low 200's, even though my husband on the same WFPB* diet had a total cholesterol of 107 !!!! and we eat the same ergo mine is genetic) and a few other supplements: iodine (no salt in my diet), D3 (I don't get enough sun and I'm 81), and B12 (I am 10 years a vegan, WFPB). *Whole Food Plant Based.

Vegan omega 3 with DHA
I took vegan an algae-based Omega 3 supplement just as insurance in the case that my body isn't as efficient as it needs to be at converting ALA fatty acids to DHA, and this brand is excellent! The taste is actually decent (there is a bit of a fishy taste, yes, and that should be expected; the fishy taste is no worse than that which one would experience when taking, say, a bite of a tuna sandwich or a bite of salmon), and the capsules are a normal size. I love, love, love that these are carrageenan-free, as well; in fact, I think it might be the only brand available at the moment that is (and, actually, I think that it is currently unavailable via Amazon---I am hopeful that the status changes when it comes time for me to reorder). All in all, if you are vegan and, like me, looking to ensure that your body has an adequate supply of DHA, I wholly recommend this product. If you experience "fishy burps" after taking it (I actually don't with this particular brand, but everyone is different), then just take it at night just before going to bed.

No fishy taste
I hate the fishy aftertaste in many Omega 3 products so I was happy to find these, which are plant-based.
