Great tasting
I had never tried bresaola before, but this has instantly become my favorite cured meat.

Dry salt
Having grown up on brasola but being unable to find it where I live, I bought MeatCrafters Bresaola. Much to my chagrin, the meat was impossibly dry and tasted of salt rather than meat. We'd rather go without brasola altogether rather than buy this product. Sorry guys....

Mama Mia!
Excellent product at a good price. One package makes a large platter . Just add a bit of arugula, Parmesan shavings and drizzle with lemon juice. Fantastic. I’ve been looking for a supplier four years as most restaurants and even Italian delis no longer carry it for some reason. Five stars

Not at all what it should taste like.
Too expensive, not tasty, will not buy again.

Not worth the money
Since I don’t eat pork, I was hoping for a substitute that was comparable. The “prosciutto” should have been sliced way thinner to use as I would regular prosciutto. It was thick and not particularly tasty. I ended up chopping it up for carbonara, but it lent little, I’d any flavor to my dish, and the pieces were chewy and unpleasant. I enjoy duck bacon way more than this product, and it’s way more affordable. The packages were tiny, but most is still in my fridge after a couple of months.

Great flavor for your next charcuterie board.
Great for my charcuterie board! It’s naturally a very oily meat. And It’s tougher than other meats you might find on your board. Again, I believe this is a natural characteristic of duck meat. Added very good diversity to my platter.
