The pump works perfectly and fits the bottle! It comes with the pump closed down so you need to hold the bottom and twist the top counter clockwise and it’ll spring up.

The media could not be loaded. It is comfortable to pump my shampoo instead of having to open the bottle. It pumps as intended

Really thought this would be a good idea, but it tipped off it's low shelf in the bathtub once and broke. I'd like to imagine that something in a bathroom could withstand a slippery tumble. My bad for bumping it, but I think the prouct design could be sturdier so it could take it :) At least a time or two. I get it, we don't want it to be expected to withstand abuse, but in a slip-zone maybe it could be altered somehow?

Don't cheat yourself. Buy this pump. It makes the whole big bottle in the shower process so much easier. I am all for saving money and not using plastic but this is a splurge you won't regret.
