Kegco 3PLHU5DB CO2 Regulator, Two Product, Chrome

We had two units (not this brand) fail. We wasted tons of beer. So we got this one and it has worked great. Small bar, lots of drought beer. It has worked very well.

Added this to our kegerator to allow for different pressures. We load both beer and soda, and those need different regulation. This device did the trick for us. Be careful to use the washer at CO2 connection point.

I was disappointed in the quality control as one of the gauges came with what appears to be a burn mark on the plastic face on one of the gauges. There is a decent amount of pitting in the chrome as well. May not seem like a big deal, but this product is not cheap and I expected it to be in perfect shape…plus it’s annoying to look at. This is not my first Kegco product but certainly the first I’ve received in less than perfect condition. That being said, it works as expected. It would be great if Kegco would send me a replacement volume gauge so I don’t have to spend time returning this.Update: I ordered a replacement which came 2 days later. Much better without the scratches and marks on the dial covers. However, the replacement came with scratches on the regulator but it works and I don’t see these scratches so it’s m keeping this one.

Completely changed the way my kegerator pours beers. Much less foam, a perfect beer every time. I read in one deeply buried review that someone experienced this and that prompted me to give it a try. Wow. Pay the extra and get this type of regulator.

Garbage. Has leaked through two tanks of CO2 in a week. Have replaced two gaskets and still leaks. I was hopeful that this unit would correct my foaming issue with my previous regulator. Nope. I would rather have some foaming than no CO2. Would not recommend.

Amazon originally sent me a single bodied regulator. But what's more is that it was obviously used and broken. I am guessing this was a fraudulent return and Amazon simply restocked it without looking. It's not he first time I have had this with Amazon.Anyway, on the replacement you could see a faint white mark for the needle positions, presumably from the Kegco testers. I am guessing one could use this as an indication that they definitely got a new product.As fore the regulator itself, it is veru sturdy and easy to use. I like how the gauges only go to 60 psi to have more fine control over the pressure ranges used for beer.

I have been fighting extremely foamy pours on both of my taps. On a trusted friend's suggestion, I decided to try a new regulator. I couldn't believe it, but this regulator solved the issue.

it works and got the job done. like other poor plating, gauges not aligned aligned properly and other cosmetic issues. didnt buy from amazon but got this for $100 not from prime. ugly but functional.
