Very good quality and comfortable for 24/7 wear
This is very durable and I have ordered 5 of them now over the past year now and would recommend them to anyone.

Stiff and a little uncomfortable
The Velcro is super stiff and pokes a bit. I wear it over my shirt, so it isn’t as uncomfortable.

It’s adjustable and secure!
I bought this in the hopes my pump would have a secure place next to me for walks and just doing daily activities. My third day wearing it and it works great for me.

Poor quality
At first this belt was wonderful. It is soft and comfortable. I used it to hold my insulin pump. I used it about a week and the webbing frayed right where it is sewn in to the knit sleeve. I am very disappointed with the quality.

Extremely well constructed
Comfortable and smooth on your bare skin. Once adjusting the Velcro strap I've not had to change it. Only lift it off over my head. Easy peezy! The hideaway pocket and zipper make it easy to go for a run or while taking an exercise class. Also safely able to tuck away my gym locker key! Highly recommend for diabetes looking for freedom while wearing your insulin pump.

Not comfortable.
This product has a huge velcro scratchy section that goes across the wearer's back. It is impossible to use it to sleep in or wear in the day without tucking the back of your shirt into your pants. It is a waste of money if you are looking for comfort.

Does the job, but could definitely be more streamlined and comfortable
My main two issues are with the width of the belt, and the velcro used. If anything it's too strong.
