So cute!
The most beautiful kids bike I’ve ever seen! Super easy to put together and it is very good quality and really sturdy. My daughter loved it! I had an issue with the basket and customer service has been really amazing and prompt getting back to me. Would 100% recommend this to my friends!

Awesome bike!
The cutest! Basket arrived broken - I believe this happened during transit. I emailed JoyStar and they immediately got back to me and shipped out a replacement - it’s arrived and is perfect. My almost 3yr old loves this “big girl” bike so much!

Perfect!
My daughter absolutely loves this bike! It was easy to put together. The basket came warped but we contacted JoyStar and they replaced it no issue! This was the perfect size for our taller 3.5 year old.

Good First Bike for Kids
Overall, generally pleased with the bike.PROS: Easy to assemble. Comes with necessary tools to get the parts attached. Toddler loved the alphabet stickers to put their name on it. Overall aesthetic is cute and vintage. Our toddler who never rode a bike before said it was comfortable.CONS: I wish the product came with a tired pump, seeing as the tires desperately needed air upon arrival (in fact I would’ve paid extra knowing it came with that, instead of now having to go fill this up with air.) Bike basket is cheaply made, will have to reinforce the straps to make sure it stays secure. Box arrived with major damage, I’m surprised the bike itself was not impacted, thankfully. It also appeared that the bike may have been returned but I paid for a new bike, not used so that was disappointing.

My granddaughter received her bike and they put it together. My don& daughter didn't complain about any issues putting the bike together. She was in it within 2 days.

Cute but nonstop problems
We got this bike for our daughter for christmas and its been nothing but problems. Since day 1 the tire goes flat so we have to pump it up every day, we finally got around to changing the tube and it still goes flat. There is something inside the rim that keeps puncturing the tube. Pretty high maintenance and annoying to problem solve through this.
