Cooling is GOOD, durability is BAD
We have had the cooler for two years. The first time I used it, the base came away from the inner lining. I super glued it and duct taped it because we were away from home at the time, and needed it. We used it periodically until last month when we took it on a two week camping trip. The handle broke away from the body, and the hinges pulled out. I have ordered another brand, and this is going in the trash. It cools fine, but who wants something that has NO durability?

Dented Ice Chest
Out of 4 Ice chest ordered one came in dented. Even though it was in original boxes and had it protection around it. Seems QC weren’t checking on Quality

Perfect for brining my turkey
It is a great chill chest, and I love the way the lid locks down when the handle is up. It was perfect for our 14 pound turkey to brine at Thanksgiving.

I have brought many of these as my husband uses it for work every day, but the handles are very crappy

This company has a great product and a even better customer service
I was the head of customer service for a bigger company for a long time and I know how it works. This review is very honest. I bought the cooler for making a jockey box and got some aesthetically complaints. Even if the cooler had no reason to complain about the design and the look, I called customer service, delivered the pictures of proof and got one of the best customer service responses you can expect. They understand the issue right away and went out of their way to help me to finish my project in time. The jockey box works great, looks great and makes a great impression. I can support this company 100% +for their great product and greater customer service.

Do not buy this cooler. I will not close it is so poorly made!
