I've pruchased this a couple of times from this seller over the years. I LOVE these pens. I've carried two on me at all times for what must be DECADES by now.Started buying them here when Walmart stopped carrying them.Always reliable ink flow. Love the precision of the needle point!I hope your supply never runs out because I'm likely to purchase them from you until the day I die!

This writing utensil’s my deadly katana or japanese sword. So much more than a simple pen. I first met this gorgeous pen around 2003. I was then and still am now an avid writer/painter.So id buy and try new pens. I found this type and fell in a deep love. They are beyond fantastic. I resided in Arizona Att . This pen made some fantastic drawings and poetry. and the smooth writing is otherworldly. I moved to Illinois but before I bought a fewThis was 2005, well 20+ years later since then. I babied the last one till it ran out about 4 years ago(kept it even tho empty) i hadn’t New ones anywhere. I’ve looked . I’m extremely resistant to change. I once went to the store at 3:00 am to get this pen, imo worth it..this Pen is smooth ,w great feel and can draw in any any style. I had convinced myself that the pilot V5 was good enough replacement …..Not even close…I tested it just now, and boy does this pen shine. It’s just as wonderful as I remembered, it’s like getting my special weapon in a video game back….ironically was buying a fountain pen on amazon to experiment with writing and drawing then this old love of mine pops up. I was shocked and angry I never checked amazon(I’m a creature of habit I guess)…..I’m unbelievably happy

Discovered this Pen 25+ years ago at work. It is the only clear writing no smear Gel Ink Pen I ever found. And once I found it I stuck with it and standardized my company on it. My family brings other brands into the home from time to time, but the other brands always bunch up ink on the ball and smear. So out they go. And they last and last and I've never had one to dry up. I used some from my stashes that were over 13 years old and they performed like day one. Everything is just right about this Pentel EnerGel .5mm Needle Point Black pen right down to the very reasonable price. If you are on the fence, buy this!

I am glad these were still in production. We had a lot of random office pens in our house and the couple of these that we had worked by far the best. When the ink ran out of the last one, I searched on Amazon to see if they were still in production. They write so smooth and effortlessly, always dark and legible. I was glad they came as a box of 12 so they will last us for many years to come.

I'm left handed and work in a medical lab. This means that most pens smudge for me and I'm only allowed to write in blue or black. This pen writes very nicely, dries quickly, and the cap stays on consistently.

I bought this because TikTok told me it was one of the best gel pens out there. I would say these are ok. The only other gels pens I have used are the Muji and G2 Pilot, and I guess I would prefer this one over those. This pen is a cap type and is rather short with the cap off which makes it a light writing experience. It's relatively smooth and not scratchy for a .5 mm tip. The only thing I'd say to watch out for is that the gel tends to dry up on the tip sometimes. I am not sure why this happens, but I just try to warm up the pen in warm water or hold it between my hands when this happens. That has worked for me.

Without a doubt these are the best gel pens ever made.They seem to be the perfect hybrid of liquid and gel inks. This means that the pen will flow as easily as a liquid ink roller ball while being usable on most all types of paper like a gel ink pen without leafing, echoing on the other side of the page, or bleeding through.The flow is also super consistent, and the ink capacity seems larger than my Pilot G2 gel pens (the ones that advertise they last 2x longer than any other gel pen). I must've written nearly a hundred pages over the weekend and it's still writing.I think the medium 0.7mm point is too smooth for me but still a pleasure to use. But it is this one, the 0.5mm point, that seems to be the best all around writer. The line comes out broader than most 0.5mm point gel pens, but still very fine.You can tell that this isn't a pure gel pen and that it consists of a good amount of liquid because a) if you hold the point on paper for like ten seconds it will eventually bleed through, and b) the lines do get slightly (SLIGHTLY) broader with weaker types of paper.Overall this is probably my favorite disposable pen. If only they made some luxury pens whose refills were like this pen. If the pens were cheaper I'm sure they'd be the only pen used by everybody! That's how good they are.

I write better with this pen and enjoy that it looks similar to a fountain pen.
