This is a real space-saver when it comes to the storage part. Using less liquid is a nice feature. The seasoning doesn't need anything else. Buy it.

Good flavor

If you haven't brined your pork before.....do it! We love those really thick Pork Loin Chops (boneless) Brine them for a few hours. Dry them off really good. Add your spice rub. Sear until outside is pretty on stove top. (I use cast iron pan) and toss in oven until desired temperature. We like ours about 145 degrees internal temp. THEN, let them sit for a few minutes and slice up and serve. These are ALWAYS moist and tender. Love all of the brine soaks from this company.
