I do 24 hours fasting...sometimes prolonged fasting. These salt capsules help a lot during the fast. Tajes away my headaches. I also have it befire workouts. Nice product. Slightly expensive though.

The product is very good and it provides important salts in the body.

So much so expensive, can't afford to buy. Exorbitant.

I swear by this and it’s helped every single time.

If you are prone to cramps on your long runs, and/or sweat a lot this might be your saviour. Personally I take one capsule every 12-15km depending on the intensity of the run, for every run longer than 2hrs. The regular gels don’t seem to have enough electrolytes to help during the longer endurance efforts thereby leaving you vulnerable to inexplicable cramping. That’s where these tablets come in handy.
