For someone who does not like the cold this cool wrap felt so good when applied! I broke my foot. The material is soft, and the coolness is not harsh. I also love the color. It says you can turn it inside out to get the coolness front he outside to the inside. That works but so does massage the jell the makes it cooler. I ordered a second one for me and two for a friend.

This ice wrap is perfect for icing my broken foot and sprained ankle. Not only is it easy to put on and fasten in place, but it covers all of the areas I need it to - inner ankle, outer ankle, sole of my foot and the side where my broken bone is located. The soft lining means that I don't need to mess with putting a cloth between me and the ice, which is also very convenient when getting around is difficult. I am a plus sized gal and was concerned that this would fit around my calf and size 9W foot, but it fits perfectly. It is also nice that you can get a pretty color because why not! I would highly recommend this product if you find yourself needing to ice your ankle or foot.

After reading mixed reviews, I have to say these are FABULOUS and much better than a standard ice pack. I left them in their plastic bag and in the freezer overnight. They stayed cold for hours and in the photo you can still see the ice formed on them after several hours of use. Im a size 6 shoe and the fit is perfect! Worth the money.

It would be 5 stars if it fit the left foot better. Most of the ice padding is towards the inside of the left foot. Would work great for right foot if your pain is on the outside (lateral side) of the foot. I need more icing on the lateral of the left foot..

First off, when you receive your boot, look it over and feel around to where the warm gel has settled inside the sections of the boot. I put mine in the freezer right away without looking and 24 hours later was disappointed that a good portion of the boot had no gel in it. I thought the boot was defective. It was not a manufacturing flaw!! Once I thawed the boot, squeezed the gel through the channels to evenly spread it out and put it back in the freezer, 24 hours later it was working great! This boot does feel cooler then ice, but that may be because I'm not used to an ice pack on the sole of my foot. I had unsuccessful ankle surgery last year and have used this boot for pain relief. I just had major ankle surgery with long incisions all around my foot and this boot is able to cover all the incision areas. The plush side is delightfully soft, but I find I need a sock on or it's too cold. I would not attempt to walk on this boot. Logic says it is not meant to support 50+ pounds without it needing to burst through somewhere.

I recently had a lapiplasty bunion correction surgery. As part of my post-op care I needed to ice my foot as often as possible. I’m almost at 2 weeks post-op. I bought 2 of these ice packs. They are easy to use and they cool very quickly. My instructions were to apply the pack for 30 mins on and wait 30 mins to apply again. The ice pack stayed cold during the 30 mins. I used the soft side against my skin for comfort. The areas that required icing were the top of my foot and the inside of ankle which this product did cover. If I were to change anything it would be to add more cooling surface area to inside of ankle area. The plastic bags provided are durable and help protect & separate the ice packs from our other frozen goods in the freezer. The ice packs have held up after using upwards of 6 or more times a day. The Velcro straps remain effective after multiple uses and even after getting lint on them from my bedding & cats. They are especially convenient to use on the foot and maintain their position with ease. They are comfortable and will continue to be put to use when I have surgery on my other foot. If you’re having a similar surgery make sure to buy 2 of these so you always have 1 pack at the ready.

I absolutely love this product. They get extremely cold in the freezer in a short amount of time. They also stay cold longer than I thought they would which allows me to complete my full treatment. However, I do wish they extended all the way down to the toes as i have had many surgeries and overall pain in that area. Other than that I highly recommend if your looking for a deep cold therapy for your feet.

This product does a great job of giving you ice cold treatment for 20-30 minutes, but after that you need to freeze it again. It does a great job, just doesn’t last long enough to do 2 sessions. The instructions say you may have to move gel around and I had to do that, it wasn’t a problem. Do it when it is warm though.
