Let me start by saying I have some of the bigger bags (about twice as wide as this) made by K*baga and I ended up finding filler for the extra space in those. (They are great for larger orders.) But I receive a bit of smaller orders, too... so I finally got this bag!And it makes a huge difference. I find I can fit many of my orders in this bag, up to a large pizza once you get the bag used a little bit. It's easier to carry in smaller spaces (some restaurants are packed!), it reduces the amount of space inside (less empty space to keep warm is better), and it holds most any drink I've tried to put in it (with a little attention to details).The build quality seems great if you are not just absolutely rough on your bags and their zippers. I haven't carried super super heavy food in these so I've had no issues with the handles breaking or seeming over-stressed.And customers love receiving warm - even hot - food from a professional looking bag and driver.I'd definitely recommend these bags to jobbing food delivery drivers as well as folks who often find themselves trying to transport warm food in Tupperware, etc. for family, church, or whatever the reason. Smaller catering companies could probably get along with these, too, if not going for the fancier heated bags (just get a food-safe microwaveable gel pad). A++

This bag is an absolute life saver. I drive Uber Eats and have been using it for a couple months now. Keeps warm food warm and cold food cold. Plenty of room in the bag for two fairly large bags from restaurants. The cups holders are perfect for larger orders. Will easily hold a 12in pizza. The only real downfall to this bag is anything larger than than a 12in pizza will likely not fit. This is a great bag and fits comfortably in the passenger seat of my car.

I have several food delivery bags for doordashing, but this bag is my favorite by far. It is sturdy, folds easily and of high quality material. Most orders will fit in the bag. The cup holders are the best feature. Holds up to 32 Oz, drinks. No more carrying a separate drink carrier. I would like to get the next size up. If you do food delivery this is the PERFECT bag. Highly recommend.

Bought it for my dad as a way for him to have a better doordash bag, works greats and hold his drink!

My husband uses this for Uber Eats delivery. It is not too big and keeps orders warm. It is substantial and not flimsy. Cup holders on the side are convenient. Handles on top are great for heavy orders to bring to a door.

I will be ordering a second one also, very solid and even had a couple customers compliment it as well.

Seems like a well built bag that is just the right size for the hubby's Uber Eats delivery days.

I love how easy it is to add ice cool packs on the sides it stays at AC to add items and it keeps everything the temperature I need it to be at

It keep the food warm inside, has a good size and it is easy to carry. The only downside I see is that I have had to add a piece of cardboard in he bottom to have it firm.Ah, and the cup hold works fine for medium or large size cups, not for the small ones.

i bought this because more and more places are handing out flimsier and flimsier paper bags. I got the 10" version.Cup holders, I've had XL Fountain drinks and 591ml bottles in there, either work well, I did get them to put the skip sticker over the fountain drinks to make sure the lid didn't pop off.The bag itself, fits a 10" pizza perfectly. I put 2 pizzas and some wings in there, 15min later went to add some more food to it, had a ton of hot steam roll out (this is the to well part) got home 10min later, pizza was still hot like they had just boxed it, maybe not literally but pretty darn close.When I'm done I to hang it upside down on a coat hanger tree thing to dry out from the steam, I'm starting to not zip it completely closed to let some of the steam out. I thought about getting the 14" version but I think it would be too big for my purposes as typically I also get smaller volume items.110% would buy again.

very good product love the cup holders the drink never really spills if closed correctly even while waking with shoulder handle. one bad thing is that the other handles get in the way of putting the drinks most of the time. the product is good

Just the right size

Keeps the food hot and I like the foldable aspect of it as well. Price is reasonable too
