They hold the solids... But I would advise using two, folding then in thirds. If you only use one it is super thin and doesn't "hold" the poo as well. We have only used them in a newborn diaper who is EBF, so in sure once it's a little more solid we may not need use the above method. But I am glad we have them, it does help cleanup a little easier.

When cloth diapering, liners are always helpful. I like these because theybare slightly narrower than the Alvababy diapers so I dont have to fold the liner, fearing they will stick out. Will definitely buy again.

Not sure how this was supposed to work but didn't like the way it dissolved while my baby was still wearing it. I used them as cloth diaper inserts with my cloth diaper and after he peed once it started to stick to him and was hard to get off him even with wipes! I want to send them back as I only used 1 out of the entire 4 pack but there isn't an option on here for that without contacting the seller I think! I'm just out on this one!

These work well to catch poop in the diaper. Our 2 month baby is exclusively breastfed and has primarily liquid poo and when positioned correctly, these liners catch the poo well and make cleaning the diaper so much easier. But when she has a blowout, the poo easily escapes the liner and the diaper still needs to be sprayed clean. Luckily, it's breastfed poo, so it's water soluble.We change our little girl after every pee, so we end up throwing out 75% of these liners simply because they are wet. For this reason, I'm not sure they're worth the money, but they might become more worthwhile once she starts eating solids.

So I’m updating my review... once I learned how to use these they are PERFECT! They are soft and cling to the pocket diapers and most my inserts so they don’t move around. My comparison is grovia brand which are more scratchy and move around.You just have to make sure you *gently* stretch these to the borders to cover the entire area. I rarely have the any of the poop miss the insert so I’m no longer having to rinse any diapers. I love it. And they’re cheaper and come in a large quantity

These things make poop cleanup so much easier. They are pretty big so they cover the whole diaper. Most of the time it completely keeps poop from touching the diaper at all. I wouldn’t be able to cloth diaper without these!

I'm using the product to make clean up easier. I am an adult and cloth diapers and plastic pants that's completely incontinent. Having these in my diaper make it easier to clean. They are comfortable to wear I don't even notice it in my diaper.
