Could this be used for permanent attachment of other screen protector materials on devices that don't have good glass options?

Accepted Answer

You can use this adhesive with a UV light to put on a screen protector that does not already have any adhesive on it. That's why I bought it.

Does it have anti-glare, like for viewing in the sun for example?

"Anti-glare" would be a feature of the screen protector (tempered glass in my situation) you are trying to adhere using this UV adhesive glue. I don't believe this product is intended to provide any anti-glare affects in and of itself. When selecting/purchasing the type of screen protector or glass film you are wanting to adhere to your screen, manufacturers will often list them as having an "anti-glare" feature/coating but this is more commonly distinguished as Matte or Glossy. A matte screen protector (also know as anti-glare) reduces the amount of external light reflected back at you and is often better for brightly lit areas. However, this often comes at the expense of color and clarity of the screen itself. A glossy screen protector on the other hand is better when viewing in the dark as external light is not necessarily a concern.

Does this adhesive match with White Stone glass?

I bought this glue for my whitestone glass as well. The glue works, and cures with the light. BUT, the adhesive is thick once cured and the bond is very poor. It increases the height about half of the thickness of the screen protector and just the act of cleaning the phone after installation is enough to separate the bond between the two surfaces. I tried 3 times ending with the same results. Ultimately what I ended up doing was mixing the leftover (half of a tube) adhesive supplied with the white stone screen protector, with half of one of these tubes, (I expected for this to absolutely NOT work) and to my surprise, the two adhesives mixed together just fine and ACTUALLY WORKED! When I mixed the two together (just emptying the liquid directly into the screen) i could visually tell the two apart. 
So in a short way to sum this up for anyone frustrated with trying to get a suitable substitute UV adhesive for their white stone glass, THIS GLUE WILL WORK, BUT.... The end result is unreliable adhesion and added thickness. Liquid viscosity is identical, but when cured, it doesn't perform it's intended job.
