the pump stops working
My dermatologist wants me to use this product or I would switch to another. This is at least the second time that the pump can't pull up the product even though there is at least a third of the lotion left. I've tried shaking the bottle before usage, I cleared the pump with warm running water but still the pump doesn't work.
