I love this carpet cleaner. I have cats and have had plenty of opportunities to test the cleaner on hairball messes. It does an excellent job with no nasty chemical smell.

I had an aroma in an area rug that I tried EVERY THING to get the smell out of it. I was about to light the rug on fire but a friend recommended this product and holy cheese balls it removed the horrific smell from the rug.

I use on carpets and fabric items. This is the best at cleaning all stains. I was surprised at how well it cleaned ground in stains of all kind. Example: I spilled and then put off cleaning watery pet mess and when I later went back to clean the mess had dried yet the spots came up easily. I use on many things besides carpet and fabrics. Highly recommend.
