I really enjoy this product. It works great and has different buttons for where you are measuring so it can get more accurate readings. It is important to read the directions so you know how to turn it off, but it's really functional, easy to use, high grade, and the stand is super convenient!

When I have to use it more than once or twice in a row (I have 6 kids) it starts giving false readings as in; I know my kids are running a fever and the thermometer reads 88° and will change to a different temperature every time.If I just need to use it one time it usually gives me an accurate reading

I purchased this to use with my dog who was pregnant. Its not perfect and I didn’t expect it to be but it gets the job done for what I wanted. I lift her ear and use the “forehead”scanner so not actually in her ear. HOWEVER, I can totally see my using this with my grandkids (correctly). I love how it has multiple ways to use it -forehead, inner ear, objects, and I seems to also be able to read the room

What I liked about this product is it’s multifunction use. I originally ordered it for my toddler since I only had rectal thermometers for when he was a baby. The function for forehead and ear readings are great and gave me peace of mind. I also thought the room temperature function was pretty cool and accurate. I’d buy it again! Great thing about it also, is it’s not too loud when it’s in your ear!

This thermometer was off by several degrees in the ear. My child to have a febrile seizure because I had no idea how high his actual fever was. I took it to the hospital to compare and at that point it was off by 4+ degrees. For someone who needs accuracy, this is not the product for you. I understand being off by a degree or so..but not 4+.

Not great at taking accurate temperatures, but still somewhat useful as a reference. Easy to use.I'm rarely disappointed with things that I get online as I usually try to do my due diligence in comparing products and reading reviews, but I definitely feel like I wasted some money on this thermometer. Having a couple of little kids, I wanted something that could quickly, easily, and accurately tell me their temperature to know if they were feverish or not. I was getting readings all over the place with this thermometer, with wildly different readings with the different modes. I immediately found I couldn't really trust the accuracy of this product. I kept it though because it is so easy to use (and what earned it three stars), and now I just use it to check my kids' temperatures relative to mine. If it says that they are 101°F, but that I am also over 100° when I feel totally fine, then I deduce that they don't have a fever. But in the end, buyer beware that your money is probably better spent elsewhere.

This is a nice, easy to use thermometer that has an easy to read display and a handy stand for when not in use to boot!
