A nice little sauce pan.
Very useful. This is just the right size for smaller cooking projects. Just love it. Cleans well.

excellent pan for the price point
this pan is the perfect size for making hot breakfast cereal, single portion soups, sauces, etc. it's sturdy and feels good in the hand. The nonstick coating should hold up well if washed properly with non abrasive cleaning pads. This pan replaces an older Calphalon pan, whose interior coating had worn away to the metal. Sadly pans don't last forever, but the price on this pan makes it affordable to replace aging cookware.

My favorite pot ever!
This is an absolutely terrific pot! I use it for practically anything. The 3-quart size is extremely convenient -- can cook a small amount of something or really fill it up.Don't laugh, but I use it to cook pasta! Yeah, I know, instructions say start by boiling something like 5 quarts of water, which obviously wouldn't fit here -- but, honestly, this works, if you'll just stir the pasta a few times after adding it so that the strands are fully separated by the time they soften and come back to a boil which keeps them from sticking. And it's so wonderful to have the strainer cover -- no need for a colander!!I use it for heavy tomato and meat sauce (and love being able to pour it out so easily!), for delicate bechamel or cheese sauce for a gratin or souffle (ditto), for a meagre 2 cups of exquisite hollandaise (really!), even for frying a couple of bacon slices (easiest if you don't mind either cutting in half or else mincing to put in a recipe) or scrambling a few eggs when my skillet isn't nearby. I use it to carmelize ingredients that will go into a stew pot or slow cooker, to make delicious stove-top rice or oatmeal, or to quick-steam 2 1/2 quarts of fresh vegetables without a steamer in a mere tablespoon of water. Even just to boil water for double-strength tea that will then go on ice.Seriously, this pot never gets put away, because it's always about to be used. It's the second one my husband reaches for, too (after the everyday pan in the same line). If I had to give up every pot in my kitchen but one, this is the one I'd keep. And it's a breeze to handwash, because nothing ever sticks. High quality, and an incredible value. Just be sure to use wood, silicone or gentle plastic utensils. Wow, wow, WOW!!

The outer coating is weird
The pan itself is nice, and is my go-to for small batch sauces & chai. The outer coating left powder on my fingers where I touched it, it’s just… odd. Looks nice but I don’t like the way it gets on things. I do put it in the dishwasher bc I don’t care if the outer coating gets damaged, and it is but again in an odd way. I’m happy with the pan but won’t be buying others in this product line.

Durable, dependable pan saves time and water
Well-constructed saucepan with black non-stick surface, has served me well after months of daily cooking over range of different temperatures and contents. The non-stick surface allows for cooking notoriously sticky foods like eggs, oatmeal and rice without oils or excess liquids, that can be transferred cleanly to dishes (I suggest wiping the surface with oil to seal the pores before the new pan is first used, wash off with soapy water). Crusting or browning at the bottom during high heat cooking can be easily nudged off with silicone spatula/spoonula. Extensive cleaning not necessary, thus saves water. Uninsulated handle remains cool during cooking but the handle on the glass cover gets hot, so use a cloth or paper towel to grab it.One minor drawback is the transfer of smell after cooking salmon, presumably because the fish oil is adsorbed to the pores. Got another pan for cooking the innocuous foods, not unlike the need to segregate meat and dairy dishes. This is not a problem for me, but might be important if dietary restrictions apply.

good non stick, good size and price
it took a few boil-overs to learn how to regulate temperature with this smaller pot. it's so easy to clean. lightweight. very happy with this Cuisinart 1-Quart Saucepan, Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard Anodized Saucepan w/Cover, 619-14 and the price was about 20 dollars. i burned milk in it and used a wooden spatula to scrape off two layers, a thick sticky one on top and the last thin one fully black. took less than a minute and pot is good as new. love this little gem of a pot. I've only one complaint: food sticks to the two silver handle rivets/fasteners located inside the pot. Got to always give them extra effort and attention when washing.

Good
Good. Wasn't aware it was so particular about how it is washed and kind of soap.
