Worked okay for about a year, then after that had battery issues per what numerous other customers had - won't retain charge, won't run post charge.Tried to reach out to customer services and got informed one year was it, please feel free to buy a new one - and this is on a product that costs 100s - it shouldn't be treated as disposable technology!!Cannot recommend a purchase due to support plus very poor product longevity and what looks like a class product issue.Not fit for purpose. AVOID.

I have a cheep massage gun. An this one. You can tell the difference. You do get what you pay for . My physio suggest. Me to try one I would recommend anyone who looking for a massage gun. To try this one. It’s a lot deeper massage. Also help wite the app you get to download telling you how much pressure you are useing on the area. The battery dose not take long to charge. I need it for my legs an back. Cos I had spine fusion. So this really helps. Recommend. 5⭐️

The media could not be loaded. Open box, placed on charge and left to reach 100% as flat when received. As you can see in the attached video and picture, will not turn on, pull out the charging cable and the display goes to 0.Appalling for a fairly high value item.

Ordered it last night as have horrendous DOMs of late and figured the recovery tool might assist. Arrives and then upon plugging in and leaving to charge displays 0% and won't charge. Not great - will exchange to see if replacement any good but in the meantime I'll be looking at competitors equipment. Premium price, not premium service delivery.Ordered a second one the next day same issue. AVOID!!!!!! These guys have clearly scaled too quickly and couldn't run a QA process if one was handed to them. Fewer roids and smiles and more product management are needed!

It is surprisingly good to help with my back pain. Have had various spinal operations and the muscles constantly bunch up. This device helps a lot. And although rather pricey it cuts down on manual massages which at £25 a go quickly add up to a lot more.

Is this purchase via Amazon covered by Therabody manufacturer warranty please? I read some comments that it wouldn’t and Amazon is not authorised retailer. Can you clarify please? Thank you.

Worked out of the box but battery reached zero after using for 5 minutes. After charging it it no longer turns on.Several other reviews saying the same thing... seems this seller has a batch of faulty products or is reselling the problem returns.
