Sekiguchi Studio Ghibli Music Box (Kiki's Delivery Service) Ltd.

It is a combination of clockwork diorama and marionettes. Because of the later it it not rugged. But it is fascinating to watch. Music box as well.

This little music box is extremely well-made and well worth the cost, not to mention adorable. It is a perfect gift for any Kiki's fan. My sister-in-law is such a fan, so we got this for her as a Christmas gift last year. When she received this as a present she was overjoyed.

Beautiful! Extremely fragile though, through regular use a couple times a month and it lasted less than a year. Still beautiful and plays music even though it no longer moves.

I absolutely love this music box. Unlike other reviews, mine arrived full intact and i've never had an issue with any of the pieces shifting or not working. My only issue is I wish the music would last longer - when you fully wind it (about three to four full turns) it will play the tune for 15-20 seconds. I wish I could have it continue for a minute atleast, but I know most music boxes are not made to play the music that long at a time.

It came early in perfect working order. My sister in law loved it and it was adorable.

The music is nice and it's fun to watch them move

I aboslutely love any Studio Ghibli.I have purchased this Kiki music box and a similar one of totoro and they are both adorable. The music and the moveable parts just make these so charming. They are well made and I have not had any issues with any of the moving parts over the years.

Really lovely and delicate box. The packaging and original boxing protected it well.. music is clear and everything functioned as proper. The detail is sweet and the kittens move as the winding rolls out. :)
