Had a very bad experience with Eliana fashion. I ordered this blue with red saree on march 23rd 2022 and on the website it showed it will be delivered by March 30 or March 31st. But till date (18th April) it has not been delivered & when I check the status, it says “ your package may be lost, ask for refund”. I ordered it for an occasion, which is over now, so I asked them for a refund on 12th April but they said to wait as it will be delivered by the end of 15th April. But I did not received the package till now ! Totally disappointed . They are not updating on their own, I need to keep on chasing them & then they keep me on wait .please don’t order from Eliana fashion !!!
