It's easy to setup, and works as expected.The balls shoot up fine, and it will be a good workout partner to improve targeted shots.The only drawback is the lack of variation in between each shot, but that's not a feature of this model.

It works as advertised. It is easy to assemble. In general, it is good. You pay what you get. The clamp for mounting the machine on a table does not fit my table. So, I put the machine on my table. The ball speed is adjusted using the topspin and backspin adjustment knots. It is weird to me. If the speed is adjusted to high, balls will be launched off the table. So, this is ok for beginners.

There are robots out there that do more than this one and some that are more expensive that don't do as much. I have been using this for three months now and my stroke has improved significantly. Great exercise when I use the osculation, price point is right for the quality of the product. I received instructions in English and it has English on the knobs, so I'm not sure if they changed it recently, but that was not an issue for me. Easy to set up and take down and I have had zero problems with speed or functionality. Great, relatively inexpensive way to improve. You will want a net!

Do not be fooled! I bought this ping pong machine hoping i’d be able to set it up on the other end of the table and practice my return hits. After setting this machine up and placing it on the opposite end of the table, the balls shot out. You may be thinking, ok, tHeY shOt OuT, wHaTs tHe biG problEm? Well, the problem here, is that the machine can only shoot the ball 1 to 2 feet in front of itself. I ended up having to put the machine on my side of the table to even be able to have the ball come close to reaching me, which is not what was advertised. After extensive cleaning, thinking it could just be dirty, and trying to program it differently, it still only shot the ball not even a meter out from the machine. DO NOT BUY THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I love it. It works great. I am using it to teach my son how to play pingpang.

I am somewhat of a recreational ping pong fanatic. I love playing and finding out what I'm capable of and learning new tricks when it comes to playing. I'm nowhere near professional but I think I can hold my own when it comes down to some good friendly recreational competition. This machine feeds my addiction especially since I don't get to play very often and only a select few of my friends can play at the level, or above, of how I like to play. With this machine, I can change the different options and it says it all in the product description. I just hope that it doesn't break down anytime soon because it's quite expensive, but if it does last a long time, then the price is definitely worth it!

Update:. The remote control I received does stop and start the machine regarding the balls but does not completely turn the machine off, thus it goes through batteries quickly. I cantacted seller who said the manufacturer confirmed the only way to preserve batteries is to unplug machine and, also, take out batteries. Playing is challenging and fun while increasing skill level with this easily to install robot. 2024 update. Non existent customer service

So let me start by saying you get what you pay for. This robot is great in many ways. It has a wireless controller, provides consistent placement of balls and can do so at varying speeds. It oscillates, which is nice, but the oscillation is a bit hard to get used to and almost seems to send balls at random spots. The robot also has difficulty placing balls short as most balls will hit or graze the net. Same issue when you try to set the robot up to do a service (I haven’t been able to figure out how to do a good service with the robot). I also don’t notice a lot of change in spin when I apply heavier top / under spins. I typically turn off the oscillation and just practice forehand and backhands from one spot as that’s the easiest thing to do. The controls to judge correct amounts of speed and spin to apply definitely take some playing with before you are able to figure out the proper settings. Set-up took about 30-45 mins, which wasn’t too bad. For the price, however, this is a fantastic robot. Hard to find such a value.
