This is a great toilet. Easy to install. Very stable. Looks compact and smaller than most non-elongated toilets but the seat is exactly of the standard non-elongated toilet seat but shaped more like a rectangle with heavily rounded corners. At first, feel different from the standard but after a few uses you get used to it and it does feel very comfortable. The small and very compact tank flushes well while saving a lot of water. Very happy so far. It looks great. Cleans easily.The seller is extremely helpful and clearly takes ownership of orders. My package arrived with a missing part. After I let the seller know, they sent the missing part very quickly and followed up with updates making sure I received it on time. Absolutely great experience!

I ordered the toilet (waited a few months for installing it over my new floors) and when I went to install the item I found an issue with my toilet lid install. I contacted them and the company very nicely and efficiently sent me a new part! Customer service is on-point! The toilet works great and I love the dual flush. The flushing itself is quite powerful even on low flow mode. It was super easy to install, and use the cover plates. The entire unit is super easy to clean as well as being a very modern look. I also like the height on the toilet- being a shorter person and my legs are short- made it nice to sit properly on it. The size fit perfectly in my compact bathroom. Highly recommend.

I was a little unsure about buying a toilet from Amazon, but we needed a very shallow one for a small bathroom. This one fit perfectly. It took a little getting used to (the toilet seat feels different), but I’m in general fine with it. The toilet seat cover does move out of place a little if you sit on it which is probably the most annoying feature.So far we haven’t had any issues with clogging or leaking, so we hope it continues to that way! I wish it had been a little cheaper, but when there aren’t a lot of shallow depth toilet options, you pay for what you can find.

We purchased two of these toilets to replace 60+-year-old "water hogs" in a residence. Our experience so far has been positive. They are nicely designed and work as well as or better than similar products on the market. (i.e., no need to flush 14 times or whatever the heck the U.S. president claimed is the case with modern toilets!) The compact size has been a huge improvement in the smallest bathroom, and the toilet looks nice in the other one, as well. Installation was done by family members who have had experience with this particular home improvement project. Getting the seat installation right took some time -- each toilet had a slightly different seat attachment configuration, and the pictured instructions were a bit difficult to interpret.Possible Concerns: If you like an extended bowl toilet, or a higher seat, measure what you have and compare it to the specs on this before ordering. The compact size works for us but might not for others. The seat lids, like those on similar toilets on the market, do not feel as sturdy as wood or composite lids of the past, and given the unusual shape and attachment design, I don't know how easy they would be to replace, if necessary. Professional plumbers might have reservations about the flush mechanism, in case it is not easily repairable, or in case it is not made with standard components, but we haven't had any problems.

Purchased two toilets over a year ago and have worked great. They are sleek and modern and save space as we were hoping. Easy installation too. Lid/seat broke in the back where it attaches to the toilet and are being replaced courtesy of the seller. Pleased with customer service and the quick response to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased toilet and it came defective. Seat flew off and not secure and flusher not working. Tried to return and seller would not provide a prepaid return label. My cost to ship the toilet back is more than the cost of the defective toilet.

I have had this toilet for a 3 months now. First of all, I had to pay steep plumber fees to have the pipes moved around in order to install this toilet something that was not clear to me when I purchased it so best to consult with your plumber before installing. The former toilet was a standard one.The toilet seat is not comfortable to sit on nor sturdy. The seat is plastic, very narrow and not secure in place so it is constantly moving and crooked (I am petite (5' 3" 115lb). I have since had flushing issues where the toilet would just fill with water and not flush completely. This seemed to somehow resolve itself. I installed an American Standard toilet around the same time in my 2nd bathroom that has not had any of these issues. Better off sticking to American Standard or Kohler for a solid product.

Really good toilet. Flushes well even when using the low flush button.
