Great company, stood by their product!
Had a problem when assembling, gear/drive shaft was not working. Contacted seller and they sent a replacement gear/drive shaft and now the dolly works great! Good product for moving a trailer on flat ground, I recommend!

Will not adjust to a regular boat tongue
Sadly..this unit is near useless. Won't get low enough to lock on ball. Won't maintain traction in gravel. Wont push my 20 ft open bow up a very modest incline. No brakes when coming down or out of garage. Now the good..excellent battery life and easy to assemble.

Can get the job done.
Bought this to help maneuver my 20ft camper in to a tight area I keep it in. Was a certainly a big help and got the job done quicker and more efficient than any other way I’ve tried. The 4 stars are pretty much what everyone else said the issues were. Wheels will spin on anything loose, that can be a pain, but is easy enough to rock out of the spin area. A brake would be extremely useful, any incline or decline and this will move. Also, it can tip back onto just the rear tires, but if you use the ball chock properly, that is an easy correction.Overall, I’d buy it again, it’s just me moving this thing and now I am able to store it with ease out of the way, the smaller regular trailer I’ve used it on has moved no problem.

this is exactly what I was looking for
I had very little space to get my boat into the boat garage using my truck. This makes life a lot easier . I have a 18 foot north river boat and works great . Little more than I wanted to spend but its very well built and worth the money . Pretty easy to assemble too.

Beware before you purchase!
Highly disappointed in this seller. Purchased this item to use on our small travel trailer which was well within their weight capacity. Did not work and was returned within the 30 day policy. They charged us over half of the entire sell cost just for a "restocking fee". Please be careful with this seller as they are not helpful at all and the item does not work as advertised from our experience.

Makes moving an empty trailer easy
Works great for moving an empty trailer. My trailer weighs about 4000 lbs. It moved it around nicely. Be sure to apply pressure downward or it will kick up on you. With the boat on the trailer it's about 10,000 lbs. I was able to move that too, but be very careful, keep down pressure on it, and don't make too shard pf turns or it will tip. This would probably work better for nothing over 4000 lbs. I'm happy with it though.

Works on flat surfaces, no braking ability.
I purchased this so that I can easily park my pop up tent camper into my garage. There is a slight sloping grade on my driveway and to get in to the garage there is a lip where the garage is maybe an inch higher than the driveway.Never use this item on a slope without someone else with you holding blocks, the trailer can and will roll back on you since the dolly has no braking mechanism. It can handle pushing up a very light slope, but no more than that. It cannot push up the 1 inch lip when the wheels of the trailer are at the edge. We have to give it a running start of maybe 15 feet with my wife pushing the trailer and me pushing the dolly to build enough forward momentum to clear the lip.If your trailer is well under 2000lbs then you will likely have better luck, anything more and you will run in to the issues I have raised.Overall it was worth the purchase price, had I known these issues I would have gladly paid $500 more to get something with a little more power and a braking capability.

Depends
I ended up returning this because it was not powerful enough and was actually pretty dangerous to operate. If your trailer is very light, it could be useful but that would defeat the need of an electric dolly. The dolly would “buck” violently when pushing a trailer within the 3,500 lb limit. It would also not push the trailer up a standard sloped driveway without manual pushing assistance. The tires would just spin in place. Once you are on perfectly level cement, and pushed down hard on the handle to prevent the “bucking”, it worked pretty well. The return was smooth and the company sent a prepaid shipping label quickly.
