Kadence sustain pedal
First shipment received was totally broken parts/ replaced in 2 days -seen similar in reviews by others n Better to buy from show rooms . Kadence may not be a Indian manufacturer as I thought - its a poor quality parts sourced from china not even assembled here -even packet box is china sold as it is with no QC checks to us . First shipped part was received in broken open condition gave a good insight into the assembly , the whole assembly cost no more than 100 rs as per my tech knowledge. However the pedal is working fine though

Worst Quality Product - DO NOT BUY
The first time I ordered this pedal, it came broken in the box. I requested for replacement. The replaced product also had loose screws, which would get tight. Within a few days, the part where the four screws go broke on its own. I didn't even use the product and it broke down. And I am not the only one. My keyboard teacher faced exactly the same problem with this product. He got his money back by complaining to the customer support. Do not buy this product. Worst quality ever.

Good Quality
I was a bit skeptic because of the mixed reviews about this product. But to my surprise, the quality seems quite good for the price! In the first look, the plastic doesnt look cheap! And the pedal's spring feels quite firm too! First appearance is quite good!

Works well
Very easy to use. How simple depends on level of playing. Sturdy. Totally worth for the money. Compatible with the my psri455 keyboard. Very happy with the product. No complains.

First received a defective piece but the replacement order received is good
First of all this isn't a real kadence product is what I feel, more of just a branding on top of the pedal.The first time I received the item the pedal had a different switch and the second time it was altogether different.Looks like Amazon is sending used items to customers.Not very happy about the first product, it literally was so muddy.It must have been used by some one and amazon just decided to pack and send it to me again.

Worst Product
Worst product stop working after 1months..even I bought same products for second time to recheck but it also stopped working after 2months. Kadence company doesn’t help me
