I was worried about the metal dough hook I had.

As the seller described great product and shipped out quickly and arrived early

I have a 4.5 quart bowl, and for one loaf (filled the bowl about half way) it didn't reach the bottom enough to grab all the flour. It mixed everything else quite well, but I had to mix the rest by hand. This was a very wet sourdough so that may have been a factor.

I purchased this item in September of 2024 and returned it for a different color (stainless steel) I was sent the same color back which was white.Now that the holidays are here I wanted to use it for the first time and when I hooked it up to my KitichenAid mixer it was WAAAAAYYYYYYY to long, it didn't fit the length from the mixer head to the bottom of the bowl, it was about 1/2 to 1" to long and pushed the head of the mixer way up.To late to return it!!!!! Lesson learned open the package when you get it and make sure it functions properly!!!!! This is a waste of money!!!!

This bread hook was an absolute perfect replacement for the old original bread hook that came with my Kitchen Aide mixer. It’s metal and covered with thick plastic making it so easy to clean.
