Filippo BerioExtra Light Olive Oil, 25.3 Ounce rPET Bottle

I usually only purchase extra light olive oil, because it has a neutral, light, tasteand smell. I not only have used it every day with food, and completely eliminatedbutter (just sprinkle a bit of salt on it and it TASTES like butter), but I have used it onmy skin for years, because it is pure and has no smell. It is commonly known that oliveoil has many nutritional benefits. I have always preferred Italian made olive oil and usuallyhave purchased Bertolli brand, but recently noticed it was not available on Amazon, so Itried Filippo Berio, also made in Italy. I find it equally fine.But note, though "packed" in Italy, the oils come from several countries : Greece, Italy, Portugal,Spain and Tunisia. There are no additives and no cholesterol.I recommend it

I use this in my calorie counting diet. My salad dressing is improved with olive oil. I like to use other salad dressings and double them with the olive oil because it’s good especially for my gut. We all could use a little help now and then with constipation, etc. Just in general ITS GOOD FOR US.

I needed it for a cookie recipe that I found in a special section of the paper. Cookies were delicious; I have not made with regular olive oil so can't judge the effectiveness or difference when using of extra light.

This is our favorite oil for baking and frying. The price was a little less than I spend at the grocery store. This oil is very light and is also great for sauteing. Our favorite oil at a reasonable price.

Economy size is appreciated. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Will definitely purchase again!
