A powerful tool for traveling photographers who are obsessive-compulsive about securing their images
It almost seems silly to write a review for such a simple product, but to the many plaudits offered by others, let me add one more attribute/use of this product: Hiding shot SD cards while traveling.I am a belt and suspenders kind of guy. I carry a RAVPower RP-WD01 Wireless Filehub and Toshiba Canvio drive, and with my iPad or iPhone 6 Plus, I can back up every SD card I shoot every day as I travel. I have found inexpensive Transcend Class 10 8 & 16GB SD cards HIGHLY reliable when shot on my Sony A7 and NEX-6 cameras. But on annual 3-week vacations, I shoot and store all my cards when I go home - perhaps 20 per 3 weeks. While traveling, I store my shot cards in one of these Pioneer organizers, AND SLIP IT UNDER THE MATTRESS OF MY B&B OR HOTEL ROOM. If you slid it deep, there is almost no way a maid will find them. I also slide my iPad there as well, to hide it during the day while we are away. When we travel by plane or train, I have a High Sierra ordinary (NOT photo type) backpack into which I place all my camera gear and my Canvio hard drive. The Pioneer cards go under the lining of my Travelpro roll aboard -they would not be visible to any airport baggage handler who might choose to peek inside the bag if forced to gate-check before boarding. When I get home, I back up all my cards to a hard drive and to a Zipcloud or Dropbox folder for the trip. The Pioneer card cases go into the fire-resistant safe box where I store my backup hard drives. During my 3-week trips, the backup drives and Pioneer card cases go into my bank safety deposit box. My children and partner have the passwords on their iPhones so, in the case of my unexpected demise, they can recover the stories of our happy lives.Obsessive-compulsive? When it comes to one-in-a-lifetime images, you bet! I've seen too many post-Katrina and post-tornado news feeds of people desperately looking through their wrecked homes for their most precious, irreplaceable possessions: their family photos. I never want that to be my family or me. These Pioneer organizers are powerful, inexpensive tools in that effort.

Love this Memory Card Holder!
I love this memory card holder. This is the second time buying it because my other one wore out (after 4 years). They last a long time and are really easy to store places because of how thin they are. I use these hiking all the time and at assignments every day.I always have two of these memory card holders with my at all times and I use one as my 'need to archive' holder and the other as 'ready to use' memory cards so I can keep organized.Definitely recommend! They do wear out after using almost every day for years, but they are good priced to just repurchase when they start wearing out. I only started to have problems with them not staying shut after a couple years of use and they were very clearly worn down, so I wouldn't say it was the products fault for that.

A Good Memory Card Organizer...
I like this item due to it being flat and compact, which makes it easy to pack in a camera bag. There is always some flat space somewhere, so you can stand it up along in a compartment of a camera bag and have easy access to the organizer. I'm planning an overseas trip and was looking for something compact and durable. The organizer is 5.5"L by 3.25"W by .25"D. The compartment flaps snap on and off and it holds 10 memory cards. I was afraid I would have a small handful of the plastic clam shell holders to keep track of all my memory cards, not any more. There is a tag on each compartment where you can write something to manage the memory cards, but I suspect after a few uses you won't be able to write on them for too long. I like this better than the little wallets due to its smaller size, you don't have to worry about plastic holders cracking and your valuable memory cards getting lost or damaged, and you won't dump the cards out when you open it up.

Great Invention of Memory Card Organizer/Holder
I had previously purchased one of these Pioneer memory card organizers (holds 10 memory cards) in a local store. Went back to get more, they were out of them. Found them on line at Amazon.com and purchased more at a reasonable price. I think they work great. I had read reviews saying some people had problems with the little plastic windows breaking at the seam. I have not had a problem and I think they are a great invention if you save photos, data, etc. to your SD cards. You can use the write-on label compartments and/OR use the bonus additional removable labels that come in the box. JUST BE SURE TO REMOVE those bonus removable labels before inserting the SD card back into your camera, computer, etc... For that reason, I perfer to use the write-on labels attached to the little plastic comparment doors. (If necessary, you can cut out your own mini paper labels!)The memory card organizer is slim enough to fit in a purse, or even a pocket. I give this product 5 STARS!

Ideal solution to "What should I do with these 'digital negative' files?"
Bought this organizer a year or so ago, and it has worked perfectly as the means to store and to organize my exposed SD cards. I have film negatives that are approaching 100 years old and are still available to flat bed scan and produce a positive image. Digital files are far more convenient than film but are also subject to instant data loss or corruption. So, rather than erase my SD cards, I've taken a "belt & suspenders" approach by saving my SD cards, and this organizer does the trick in all respects. It takes up very little space, is too big to misplace, and parking this little organizer in a safe deposit box at my local bank is effortless.
