Take one every 10 miles or 30mins depending on what comes 1st. Easy on the stomach and great taste. Perfect for a day on the bike

Does the job, but not very eco-friendly
Much better on the stomach than previous versions of this product I tried out a decade ago. Gives a good energy boost. I don't feel good about the junk ingredients and foil/plastic composite packaging though... but needs must.
