It Works
The tea is mild and it didn’t cramp my stomach. I used two tea bags instead of one. The taste isn’t good but not too bad. I had it at night and I saw the results mid next day. I would recommend the tea.

Drink at Night
Heed my warning and take this at night when you know you have no plans for the following day. It takes about 6-7 hours to work its magic. It’s gentle but it does work. Tastes pretty good too with added manuka honey. Make sure to drink tons of water throughout the day as well to stay hydrated. I felt no cramps but I did feel some rumbles and grumbles. No discomfort.
