Good product
Rather then using traditional pre workouts , this supplement , beta alanine and citrulline malate are much better.

It's effects are really really great
Well only thing is that there is no mrp on this product but rest everything is great also with this u should be taking garlic oil to reduce its TMAO effect on heart

Alpha GPC is worth the try and you may continue if
It is working for me. But unlike CDP Colin (cognicin)which I used for a month this does not seem to be giving insomnia. I used both for a month but Alpha GPC seems remove temporary memory lapses. But it means a lot of money spent. For people over 60 2 doses may be necessary.
