Pretty Pink and Comfortable
I bought this to wear around the house and make myself a little smaller in the waist. I have had friends tell me these really work. I bought a size large but I think I could have also fit a medium. In the large I can use the tightest holes. It fits comfortably to be snug. I found out that it’s easiest to get on if you start with the hooks at the top and work your way down. The hooks are like super duty bra hooks. The part around the hooks is straight up black rubber, and it smells like rubber too. But the material is nice and pretty pink. It’s all very durable as you could imagine. I think I can already see a little bit of results. I recommended this product.

Feeling confident in my new waist trainer
I am typically a size 8 and ordered a size large, and it fit. If I were to order a medium it would not have fit at all. If someone is a size 6 than I would suggest a medium. When I first opened the package I was most impressed by the quality of the inside. I also really like how smooth the outside is, meaning you won't see the ribs of the waist trainer when wearing clothes. I wasn't quite sure how to get it on so I cinched it together and then stepped in it and slid it up my legs and up to my waist. I liked that it went from my bra to my hips - which means that I didnt have a muffin top on the top or sausage fest at the bottom. It is easy to sit in and move around in, and I think that is the most important thing in any waist trainer. My favorite thing about this waist trainer is how i looked in my clothes. It makes me feel confident wearing a tight form fitting shirt.

I like the waist trainer but I had an allergic reaction
This is not a corset it's a waist trainer. It does the job once you have the perfect size. Mine was a perfect fit. I followed the sellers instruction as it related to size choosing but my advice is if you want to have a more dramatic look, buy one size smaller and you will have a very cinched look. Sadly for me I had an allergic reaction to the latex it seems. After wearing the corset a few hours daily for about a week I noticed an intense burning scrathing feelin and when I took it off I saw some very fine pimples that grew and kinda merged. It itched so bad and felt so coarse. I didn't wear it for a few months then I washed it and tried it again and I felt my tummy itching so I new it was the product. Bottom line it will snatch your waist but you may have an allergic reaction.Product had no toxic chemical smell. It just smelled like a new item. It can look smooth under some clothes but for body con dresses I do not recommend this.Hope you found this helpful

Beware of defect...
I'm 5' 5", I weigh 155lbs, and I'm a size 7... I ordered a large & it fits perfect! I honestly loved this at first because of how well it fit... The issue that I have with it though, is that the inside lining material is smaller than the outer latex material, which causes it to pull. If you look at the top of it, you can see the latex curls inward. I wanted to be able to wear this during the day under loose fitting shirts, but even so, you can tell that I have it on... It bubbles out. The pictures don't show how badly the defect is because of raising my arms to take the pics... But once they're down, it pops outward so bad! I actually jumped on to Amazon right now to return it (I only used it for the first few days), but I'm 2 days too late! I completely forgot about it once I stopped using it & now I'm past my return window. Look at other people's pics closely... You can see that it does the same thing to some of them as well.

A very good product, it being the first corset/waist trainer I've ...
A very good product, it being the first corset/waist trainer I've used it's pretty good but let me share some of my dos and don'ts I learned the hard way;DON'T: Put the trainer in after you've eaten! You won't be able to digest properly and you'll probably throw up a little because of that.DON'T: Lie down after eating as again, you may throw up.DON'T: Try to do exercise off the bat with he trainer on.DON'T: Put the trainer on if you feel sick/nauseous/struggling to regulate your breath etc. Be sensible!DON'T: Try to sleep with the trainer off the bat. You may have laboured breaths whilst sleeping or attempting to sleep.DO: Eat with the trainer on! Take small bites or chew very well before swallowing. With the trainer on, it'll regulate your portion and digest properly. Take at least 15mins first with the trainer on before you eat to allow your body to adjust accordingly.DO: Lie down with the trainer on if you have laboured breaths to relax your body, but don't fall asleep!DO: Increase the time spent in the trainer daily. Start from 1-3hrs a day and add an extra hour when you find it easier to move around and breath and just do your regular activities.DO: Small amounts of exercise when your body is used to help trainer, and increase the difficulty accordingly.

Very high quality waist trainer. Pretty too.
Very high quality waist trainer. Very pretty too. Almost undetectable under clothing. You have three different rows of hooks so you can tighten it as you trim down. It is long in the torso so be aware of that. If you're petite it would not fit you. I'm 5'9" tall and have a long "back to waist" measurement so it fit me perfectly. Also, you can make it tighter at the top, for example, and gradually tighten it as you move down your waist or vise versa.I have worn it several times and it is holding up well. I work as a nurse and can wear it to work during my 12 hour shift and it's pretty comfortable. You will sweat a little due to the neoprene fabric, but I believe that's what it's supposed to do.Overall I would definitely recommend this product to a friend!
