I sit for hours on my chair at the office and in the heat of the last few summers i have been sweating. These cooling gel packs do stay cool but not for hours when yiu sit on them.But it did help for a short time.

I was sceptical at first on how these would work, but I was pleased to say they cooled me down at night. I ended up laying on them or putting them over me as they were far too stiff and uncomfortable to actually put my head on. I like the fact there were two in the pack, my dog has one and I have the other. The only down side is they get warm with you, so you need to either turn it over or lay off it for a while.

I have several of these for my three cats in the hot weather. Just lay them out, preferably on a hard floor (wood or tile). After some initial reticence, my girls "discovered" these and now seek them out when the weather is hot. Seem good quality and comfortable.

I bought these for my cats in the heat. In pure cat fashion they won’t go near them. The fault of the cats not the pads!
