Good so far.
The metal collector traps the chaff, I use a Air duster to clean it.2024 going well, I'm gonna change the burrs now as I use it a lot .

Excellent grinder
I got this grinder just for drip and pour over and it is excellent with a very consistent grind. The grinder runs quite slow compared to my Sette 270 but coarser grinds are better than the Baratza. Why it is supplied with a European two-pin plug in the UK I don't know but it only took five minutes to cut it off and fit a UK 13 amp plug with a 5 amp fuse.It looks good and feels very solid in its build.

Looks great. Works a treat. Love using it as much as I love my coffee.

Excellent coffee grinder
After a few days use I can confirm that it is worth the money, makes a big difference to the quality of the coffee that I'm making as against using a hand grinder. The grinder I received had been previously sold and returned as the previous purchaser couldn't be bothered to clean it out. It is also fitted with a European two pin plug which means an adaptor or rewiring with a square pin plug. Otherwise great stuff.

Huge Improvement
I bought this to replace a much cheaper grinder I'd had for a couple of years. The difference is noticeable instantly. The grinds that this produces are far more even and contain almost no fine powder. It's not exactly cheap but as long as it lasts a while then it's worth the money.

Not very uniform grinds
Everything about this is amazing apart from the grind uniformity is much wilder than my £20 hario hand grinder

Excellent choice
I resisted buying a coffee grinder for a long time, after researching there seemed to be such a huge variability in performance and price. After buying the Wilfa Uniform I can honestly say I am completely happy with my choice. This grinder is worth every penny, a superb performer and a vital addition to your kitchen. I love the wide variety of grinder settings available; if, like me, you use a variety of brewing methods depending on mood/time, this model can grind from espresso through to cafetiere and beyond. It's solidly built and relatively heavy, giving the impression of a professional and reliable set up. The brushed steel looks great on your countertop (my husband thinks R2D2!). I was told this was a noisy grinder....not so, it positively hums its way through the beans. Its perhaps a bit slower than others, but not significantly so, and chewing through the beans slowly means they aren't heated up during grinding. I love the fact that it automatically stops after grinding the exact volume of beans you put in, meaning there is no wastage and no problem of old beans hanging around the grinder. Just weigh out according to your method. Hardly any static compared to my old Krups grinder, and static can be reduced further with a drop of water mixed into your beans. This grinder was recommended to me by professional coffee roasters as the one they use at home....what higher accolade than that. I'm totally happy with this and highly recommend it to all.
