update Vendor 5* - old Want to love it but just past the return window and the gas lifter failed
Comfort, Assembly, Everything great.Fast forward to a couple days past the return window and the gas list cartridge will not stay to it set height. So trying many things but know will need a new one. UGGHHSo Update Vendor reached out and contacted me about problem. All I wanted was then to ship a new gas lifter, but they stated would either send new chair or full refund. Since I really like the chair I'll just get a new lift cartridge. Seller is 100+ Stars - Thank You for reaching out.

It looks comfortable, but...
This chair is mediocre at best.It looks very comfortable, but it is not!1. ALL of the ports for the screws attaching the arms were clogged with plastic shavings from the molding process.2. The back of the chair sits slightly crooked and off-centered, no matter how many times you un-attach and re-attach it to straighten.3. The arms and back are never actually stable, and will wobble slightly no matter how tight the screws.4. Finally, the soft fabric of the back and seat is fine, while the material within the padding is maddeningly uncomfortable and quickly give you the "hot butt" experience.- Yes, you've read it right! Your legs and butt will begin to feel as if they are burning up. I attribute this to the supposedly "plus" material actually being thin and the chair seat resting at a bad angle for how human knees bend. The result is pain from restricting circulation in the legs. Buyer beware.

A comfy chair! (w/ little annoyances)
First of, the cushions on the back and seat area are very comfy and thick. The fabric is soft and breathable also. Overall this is a a comfy chair perfect for gaming (which I use it for) or chilling back to watch a movie. I would also consider this chair if you work long hours sitting as do many people ATM. Onto the not so great parts: the handles for the seat lift and recline are low, so you kind of have to reach over the side a little more than usual. It is a fairly tall chair, my height being 5'7-8. I would recommend this for people average height along with taller people. However, shorter people could still use this chair, but definitely not at its max height. I actually had to purchase some desk risers for $17 because my desk is too low. If you don't want to spend the extra money on risers (assuming you have a short desk) then this chair is not for you. Next, now chairs are never easy to assemble unless you do these kinds of things a lot. In my case, I don't. Now I will say it is a two person job to put it together. Eveything (with someone else) is fairly easy to put together, but the arms were a nightmare. To get 2 of 4 screws in was like trying to fit into some jeans that are too tight. However, it could of just been my screws that had the issue. Next, the footrest, if this is what you're buying the chair for, find another. The footrest is small and a bit flimsy. I have an ottoman that I use so I wasnt too upset. I know it seems like a lot of complaints, but it really is a comfy chair with great back support, especially if you have a damaged back like me (retail am I right?) Anyway, hope this helps you with your purchase! :)

Already sinking after less than 2 months. (Updated)
The media could not be loaded. The chair already is slowly sinking after 2 months. Also, those cushions you see? They go flat almost instantly. Not happy.UPDATE 4/7/21: Since Vinsetto has shown no effort in wanting to reach out to their customers, I'll reach out to the potential buyers instead! :) I've mitigated the sinking issue by putting a piece of PVC pipe around the cylinder. However, now the chair has begun to heavily wobble to the point where it's very uncomfortable. Any slight movement in the chair causes it to rock to a side and creak loudly. I have a feeling I'll be buying yet another chair by summer as I don't think this one is even going to last that long. The armrests have lost whatever little bit of padding they had and now are as hard as the plastic underneath. At least the back is still somewhat cushy. This is definitely the worst buyers remorse I've had in a long time and the worst purchase I've made on Amazon, period. And why not, add a video as well for more visibility! :)UPDATE 4/28:I reached out to them a while ago and got a full refund without sending the thing back. That doesn't change my opinion of it though. Do not buy it.

OK chair, dont expect to last long
the chair is somewhat comfortable but is a little awkward without a normal lean function. you can only adjust the angle on the back of the seat. padding is sufficient. if you sit too far forward on the chair it will tip forward. the footstand works well but with time seems like it will fail. after 3 months the chair is slowly lowering over time. if you want a decent chair to last for about a year, this will fulfill that.

Most comfortable office chair ever!
I love all the ways you can sit in this chair! Feet up! Laid back! Indian style! And the cushioning is super as well!

Absolutely Comfortable
I love this chair and so does all of my family members. It is very comfortable to sit for a long period of time and it reclines back almost flat. I have this in my home office and couldn't ask for a better chair for my home office. It would be nice if the footrest would go under the chair easier but I can deal with that.
