Perfect size
Beautifully packed, definitely secure. Item was very nice and flawless. Easy to use and has a nice wide opening for those who have larger hands. 5 litre size.

Funcional y buena calidad
Excelente olla de fermentación. Tenía una, pero muy grande. Recomiendo esta para hacer aproximadamente 1.300 Kg de chucrut. Me encanta que las piedras de peso tengan un recubrimiento que las hace más higiénicas. Solo hay que tener cuidado de estar llenando la ranura de agua cada tres o cuatro días porque se evapora y no se puede dejar sin el riesgo de que entre oxígeno.

Bonito pero poco practico
No me gusto el mazo de madera, es muy recto y no ayuda mucho. Dice que es para dos litros y solo cabe 1. porque al meter dos ya no entran la piedra-peso.

Unsatisfactory
Crock was improperly made in the pottery. Central hub in pottery base projected 3mm beyond outside edge making the crock unstable. Very disappointing considering the price. I was offered a refund but considering it came from USA ( and it was a gift) the time and inconvenience of returning it( I live in rural Australia) was frustratingly too long. I have had to make a rubber base ring to resolve the issue.Its what I have come to expect with crap made in China! I thought it was produced in the USA. Obviously Humble House quality control matches China Standards.From your documentation” if there’s a problem we’ll make it right”Would have been much better if it was made right in the first place

Excellent product. But cannot find replacement for the broken lid. Help [email protected]
The pot is excellent. I did tons of source out in it. Unfortunately, being uncarefull dried and broke the lid to pieces. Can I buy a new lid?
